He focuses on vendor management, ATS design & implementation oversight and employment brand management.  With over a decade in the recruiting industry, Travis's leads a team focused on recruiting for Consumer PR, Corporate & Public Affairs, Digital/Integrated Communications Marketing and Healthcare Communications and back office Professionals.

Kevin is currently a Global Director of Recruitment at SAP and a subject matter expert in social employment recruitment. His expertise includes 18 years of hands-on recruiting in key roles at some of the most respected and largest companies throughout the world. His strengths are creative sourcing and networking, Kevin is a master of leveraging Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, databases, associations and search engines to uncover talent, and is highly skilled at building talent communities. Currently, Kevin is the global project manager for the SAP’s global implementation of SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing product (RMK).

Kevin is a world-class leader, serving as CEO of Heidrick & Struggles, the world's preeminent executive search firm for over seven years. He frequently speaks on global issues, executive management, and human capital, and is regularly interviewed by leading news organizations. With the better part of a decade in the recruiting technology space, Brin leads the team at RecruitiFi, where they’ve built the largest and most advanced Expert Referral System in the industry. After attaining an MBA from Wharton, Brin has stayed true to his entrepreneurial passions, having built several companies from the ground up, to billion-dollar organizations and public companies.
